Chef Rewards is a tiered loyalty program that rewards you for more than just your purchases. Each month you have the opportunity to raise your rewards level through qualifying events/orders, referrals and even social media posts! Rewards are given as a percentage discount off for the entire YEAR. Additionally, we will occasionally offer special opportunities or offers for being part of the club.
VIP: 20% off for the entire year.
Gold: 10% off for the entire yearr
Silver: 5% off for the entire year
Silver and Gold member discount starts January 1st. VIP membership begins November 1st.
Loyalty tiers are evaluated and adjusted every month. You will receive an email with your tier level and discount access code. Be sure to add eatgood@chefkatrell.com to your contacts or safe senders list to be sure you receive our emails.

When you first join you will automatically start at the silver tier level unless you meet the requirements of the top tiers. Each month your activity from the previous month will be evaluated to determine your tier status. Tiers are determined as follows:
VIP: A invitation only membership reflective of high-volume, reviews, activity and loyalty
Gold: 2 events/orders + 1 Google review
Silver: Automatic membership with signup
Tier rewards:
VIP: 20% off all events and orders for the year | A 5-star private reception for VIP members only + 1 guest | Customer Appreciation Brunch + 3 guest | and more.
Gold: 10% off all events and orders for the year | Customer Appreciation Brunch + 1 guest
