This Garlic Bread is the perfect side for pasta dishes or a great snack on its own. It's buttery, garlicky, and incredibly easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of French bread or Italian bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tbsp dried parsley)
- Salt to taste
- Tip: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt until well combined.
3. Slice the bread in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves.
4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Cooking Tips:
For a crispy crust, broil for the last 1-2 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
Wrap in foil to keep softer if you prefer a less crispy texture.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with Lemon Garlic Brussels Sprouts (link to recipe) or pasta dishes.
