These visual cues all lead to emotional connections to what we eat & drink. With this in mind, the Food and Event Architect was born.
Chef Katrell is a master of building aesthetics and function at every event. Using unique pieces for food structures, attention to detail, and proper display of cuisines to create a delicious food flow.

Plates, flatware, and napkins are included (Please note cups are only included if a beverage package is selected).
High- End Servicing Staff, Break-down, and Full Clean-up.
All display units or chaffing units (if needed) are included.
Option 2: DROP-OFF

Drop-off & Food Placement.
Every 4th Sunday of the month Chef Katrell provides the most incredible rooftop brunch experience.
Open to the public however you MUST make a reservation. No Walk-Ins.
You and your guest can enjoy a private 3-hour Brunch & Mimosas experience catered by Chef Katrell.
Our team will curate a delicious menu for a minimum of 15 guests to celebrate any occasion.
